About the Artist: Landscape painter, born Montmorillon (Vienna).
He was a participant in the "Parlor
of the Independent Ones in 1921," and
maintained a studio in Antony, High-of-Seine.
He was a member of the Society of French
Artists, and won an exhibition prize from
that Society in 1937 and the Corot Prize
in 1938. He is listed in The Painters of
the Charentes, Poitou and Vendé -
XIX-XX Century by Gérard Aubisse.
